Inkitt seeks a Backend Martech Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Martech or related fields. Responsibilities include building and scaling marketing tech systems, partnering with growth, sales, and product teams to create innovative solutions for campaign tracking, personalization, and automation. The role involves owning the data flow and integration ecosystem, ensuring seamless and accurate data, identifying gaps, solving problems, and continuously optimizing systems for peak performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tools like Adjust, Branch, and Segment, proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and APIs, and a strong data-driven mindset. The company offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are valued.

What You’ll Do:

5+ years of experience in Martech or related fields
Expertise in tools like Adjust, Branch, Segment, or similar platforms
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and APIs to create and manage scalable integrations
A strong data-driven mindset and ability to make informed decisions
A scrappy, can-do attitude, thriving in ambiguity and transforming challenges into opportunities
