Job Description

Findem is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end development of features, producing bug-free and production-grade code, and working in a performance-oriented team. You should have strong analytical, design, and coding skills, be comfortable working independently or in a team, and be willing to adapt to the Node/JavaScript stack. This role offers full benefits and involves potential overlap with US hours.

Must have:

Willing to switch to the backend Node/JavaScript stack

Responsibilities

Experience- 4-8 yrs

Own end-to-end responsibility of platform/feature development – right from the requirement to release

Produce bug-free and production-grade code

Modular application development for multiple servers and clients

Work with a performance-oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments

Learn to design the system for high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Must-Have:

Very good analytical, design, and coding skills

Desire to continue coding and ok working as an individual contributor or in a team as per requirements

Not looking for managerial or even techno-managerial roles

Willing to switch to the backend Node/JavaScript stack

Ok with some overlap with US hours whenever required

Based out of Bangalore or ready to relocate to Bangalore

Nice to have:

Integration experience
