Our office runs on caffeine, and you’ll be at the heart of it, keeping the team fueled and ready to go. Your hours will be 7:30 am - 3:30 pm based out of our vibrant CBD office.

Your role with us:

You’ll be the go-to barista, running our coffee station, keeping things stocked and tidy, and making everything from morning espressos to much-needed afternoon pick-me-ups. Working side by side (literally) with our Café Manager and our Barista, you’ll be an essential part of the team, making sure everyone gets their daily dose of caffeine and good vibes. It’s a busy setup, but without the usual café chaos—just a fun, fast-moving office where your skills will make you the MVP. If you love coffee, good banter, and being the most popular person in the office, this is the gig for you!

What you will do:

• Beverage Quality: Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices with consistency.
• Coffee Machine Mastery: Operate the coffee machine and adjust settings for the perfect brew.
• Customer Experience: Recommend drinks and create a welcoming vibe.
• Clean & Maintain: Keep the coffee station and equipment spotless and sanitized.
• Efficiency & Stock: Manage multiple orders while tracking and restocking supplies.
• Product Knowledge: Understand coffee varieties, smoothies, juices, allergens, and preferences.
• Food Safety: Adhere to hygiene, handling, and storage protocols.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in specialty coffee
• Experience working in a fast-paced environments
• Good vibes!

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with stock, maintenance, reporting and ordering
• Experience liaising with cafe’ supplies providers
