Job Description

As a Benefits Operations Specialist APAC, you will be responsible for supporting the company's global benefits program. This role will focus on the Asia Pacific region and will involve working closely with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the benefits program. Responsibilities may include: * Managing benefits enrollment and changes. * Resolving benefits inquiries and issues. * Maintaining benefits documentation. * Ensuring compliance with local regulations. * Providing support for open enrollment and other benefits-related events.

Must have:

Experience with benefits administration
Strong understanding of local regulations in APAC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good to have:

Experience with global benefits programs
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
