The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing benefits communication plans (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement and innovation, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, acting as a point of contact for benefits-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with new program implementation, building reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in international benefits within a multinational company or consulting firm, a strong analytical background, excellent vendor and project management skills, and a thorough understanding of EMEA labor laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
