Job Description

The BI Developer, Sr. will design, develop, test, and implement reporting solutions using tabular models, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Power BI. Responsibilities include implementing and supporting data models, cubes, and reports for data analysis; understanding business requirements; developing data models; building SQL queries, procedures, tables, and SSIS packages; and ETL data manipulation using various technologies like Python, Powershell, Angular JS, T-SQL, MySQL, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SSIS, Azure Data Services, and AWS Lambada. They will also debug and maintain existing workflows/data sources, and develop new Data marts.

Must have:

Design and implement reporting solutions.
Develop data models and build SQL queries.
Use Python, Powershell, and other technologies.

Offered Salary: $140,400.00 per year

Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

Job Description: Design, develop, test and implement reporting solutions utilizing tabular models, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Power BI. Implement and support solutions such as data models, cubes and reports to support data analysis. Understand business requirements and develop data models. Build SQL queries, procedures, tables, and SSIS packages, converting them into leverageable data cubes within Power BI for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data manipulation using Python, Powershell, Angular JS, T-SQL, MySQL, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SSIS, Azure Data Services, AWS Lambada. Debug and maintain the existing workflows/data sources. Develop new Data marts from different data sources. Perform data modeling & integrate data throughout systems.

Education and Experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or IS plus 5 years progressive experience in job offered or as Analyst or Engineer or Software Development. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or IS plus 2 years experience in job offered or Analyst or Software Development. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience in Python, Powershell, Angular JS, T-SQL, MySQL, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SSIS, Azure Data Services, AWS Lambada.
