Job Description

As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent at Nielsen, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Nielsen panel families. Key responsibilities include conducting phone interviews, partnering with recruitment, educating households, resolving technical issues, meeting performance goals, collecting and reporting data, troubleshooting equipment, and communicating effectively through various channels (phone, email, text, video, chat). This fully remote position (after in-person orientation in Mexico City) requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and flexibility for evening/weekend work. You will be the face of Nielsen, ensuring active participation and data integrity. The role offers a variety of shift options, including weekend work.

As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.

Home Office Requirements: Requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City.
