Who We're Looking For

Some of What You'll Do

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

70 %    •    Interpret customer contract language and identify the billing requirements for invoice creation 
                •    Design the billing methodology required for rating and invoice creation
                •    Create the logical statements needed to translate the requirements and billing methodology into rating programs for invoice creation
                •    Summarize the billing requirement and methodology, and the logical statements into a contract summary to create a pre-generated template to be used in the invoice creation process 
                •    Coordinate the implementation of the billing methodology and rating programs into production
                •    Validate the accuracy of the billing methodology and rating programs upon implementation
                •    Validate the monthly maintenance of the billing methodology and rating programs for individual customer price changes

30 %    •    Support the Operational Readiness/Product Development Process in the creation of billing files, billing methodology and rating programs for new/existing products 
                •    Validate changes to the billing methodology and rating programs for new product implementations or enhancements to existing product
                •    Provide Level III Support to the Billing and AR Analysts on rating issues
                •    Validate executed contracts for billing and implementation readiness
 
Job Requirements:

Knowledge Requirements
•    General knowledge of accounting principles and practices  
•    Functional knowledge of a billing and accounting software package and Microsoft Excel 

Experience Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience with a billing and accounting software package 
•    Strong mathematical understanding of creating and interpreting logical mathematical statements 
•    Basic understanding of the Wireless, Wireline telecommunications industry
•    Experience working with service order and provisioning systems
