Job Summary
Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician in Trondheim to perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles. Using specialized software and tools, the technician will ensure high-quality repairs and collaborate with a team to improve service experiences. Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and improving Tesla vehicles; diligently inspecting vehicles before return and pre-delivery; collaborating with local and regional teams; and participating in ongoing training and development. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in technical vehicle service and repair from related industries (automotive, aviation, marine, etc.), is a team player, flexible, and a good communicator (English). A valid Norwegian driver's license is required.

- Flexible: You thrive collaborating closely in diverse teams and can work in shifts to support your team
- A good communicator: You speak and write English well, and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full Norwegian driver’s license
