ROLE PURPOSE:

The BIM Modeler will assist in developing and managing comprehensive BIM models for engineering

and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project-specific standards and enhancing project

efficiency and coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant

software.

-  Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.

- Conduct clash detection and assist in resolving design coordination issues.

- Conduct QA/QC for LOIN requirements in BIM models as per projects / clients information

requirements.

- Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, and construction teams to maintain accurate

documentation.

- Extract project-specific reports and documentation derived from BIM models.

- Experience background for Preparing comprehensive drawing packages including plans, layouts,

schematics, and detailed scale drawings and extraction of production engineering work.

- Attend coordination meetings and provide necessary BIM support.

- Accuracy and compliance of BIM models with project specifications.

- Timely completion of assigned modeling tasks.

- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Reduction in project conflicts through proactive clash detection.

- Adaptable to fast-paced project environments

- Diploma in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Architecture, or related technical fields.

- Minimum of 2 years of practical BIM modeling experience.

- Proven experience with previous projects.

- Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit/Navisworks) preferred.
