Job Description

As a BIM Modeler - MEP, you will be responsible for creating and developing MEPF models using Revit and Civil 3D. You will prepare shop drawings up to LOD 400 and LOD 500, create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, prepare spool drawings for connection details, and develop piping and piping components schedules. You will also collaborate with MEP engineers and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure coordination between systems.

Must have:

BE/Diploma in civil or architectural engineering
3-5 years of experience in MEPF modeling
Proficient in Revit and Civil 3D
Experience in preparing shop drawings
Knowledge of piping modeling and scheduling
Ability to resolve clashes and coordinate with other disciplines

Good to have:

Experience with Navisworks Manage
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Description

Perform MEPF modeling using Revit and Civil 3D
Develop MEP models received to prepare shop drawings up to Levels LOD 400 and LOD 500.
Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for various projects
Prepare Spool drawings for connection details
Prepare piping and piping components schedules.
Prepare Clash report between structural members, Architctural and other systems
Solving clashes in coordination with the MEP engineer and other disciplines engineers as well

Qualifications

BE/Diploma in civil or architectural engineering is required with 3 - 5 yrs. of experience.

Additional Information

Minimum experience at structural BIM modeling field from 3-5 years
Must have 3 years at least dedicated for Structural modeling
Has very good experience in AutoCAD and BIM modeling using Revit specifically piping modelling
Has good experience in preparing shop drawings using Auto-Cad
Has good experience in Naviswork Manage
