Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Production and verification of civil 3D and Revit models for selected projects (or components of projects) for Water Civils team.
• Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications.
• Proactively engaging with various regional offices/ teams regarding safe design requirements, and flag risks at appropriate levels. Resolving issues and create strong relationships with project colleagues in the regions.
• Reviewing work and drive the culture of checking and accountability in the team, including interdisciplinary checks
• Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager
• Adhere to the schedule and QA/QC requirements.
• Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.
• Design Health & Safety management for the project works.
• Leveraging Revit software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.
• Follow organization Revit content standards and development procedures.
• Independent team player who can perform daily routine work and troubleshooting regarding Revit
• Receives guidance or direction from other team members with limited discretion to vary from established procedures
• Contributes by performing routine, structure work assignments in specific job function, expanding complexity of tasks performed
• Follow standard operating procedures/methodologies, using them to solve routine or standard problems. Identifies problems in existing procedures.
• General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures required for role
• May need continued support on some technical issues
• Applies experiences and skills to complete assigned tasks within area of expertise
• High level of communication and good writing skills
