Body Repair Assembly Technician

Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Assembly Technician in Eagle Farm to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. The role involves assisting technicians in completing structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles (Models S, 3, X, & Y), adhering to Tesla's repair procedures. Responsibilities include reassembling vehicle panels to as-new condition, testing reassembly for safety and operability, cleaning and polishing vehicles post-repair, and preparing vehicles for customer collection. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious technician, possibly in the early stages of a panel beating, painting, or mechanical apprenticeship, with full support and training provided. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of automotive labouring or similar experience, excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, a valid driver's license, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn.
