Must have:

Completed vocational training (electronics, mechanics, etc.)
Maintenance experience of production machines
Production/manufacturing experience (ideally automotive)
Strong problem-solving skills
Hands-on mentality & shift work willingness
German language proficiency

Good to have:

English language skills

What You’ll Do

As a Body Shop Maintenance Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth running of all maintenance work, as well as ensuring the sustainable production of the Tesla Model Y will be your everyday responsibility.

You eliminate simple errors and malfunctions mainly on our complex production machines
You carry out repair, maintenance, servicing and conversion work on all production machines according to specifications and also participate in preventive maintenance measures
You ensure comprehensive documentation of all maintenance, conversion and servicing work
You perform your work in compliance with all guidelines, safety and accident prevention regulations, including the consistent wearing of personal protective equipment

What You’ll Bring

You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician or industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, locksmith or have a comparable qualification
You have first work experience in the field of maintenance of production machines
You have relevant experience in production / manufacturing, ideally in the automotive industry
You know what's important in the automotive industry and can organize multiple tasks with equally high priorities, as well as set and achieve goals
You bring a hands-on mentality as well as a willingness to work shifts
You get excited about new trends in production and come up with creative solutions to improve processes and problems
You communicate at the same level with your team and have an empathy, with which you can positively influence the work performance of each team member (m/f/d)
You speak and understand German and additional English is desirable
