Atopia seeks an experienced Brand & Communications Lead to elevate their brand within the museum industry. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a brand strategy, planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content (articles, social media posts), defining and maintaining visual identity, and overseeing designs for various materials. The ideal candidate will be a design powerhouse with 4+ years of experience in B2B brand building, marketing, or communications, possessing strong strategic and execution skills, a passion for the arts, and a startup mindset. A significant responsibility is leading the launch communication campaign for a major museum collaboration in Q2 2025.

As we grow, we’re seeking an experienced Head of Brand & Communications (m/w/d) to shape Atopia into a leading name in the museum industry, combining visionary strategy with hands-on execution and a great love for aesthetics & design to drive our mission forward.

Tasks

Brand Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that establishes Atopia as a trusted and innovative leader among museum professionals worldwide.
  • Infuse Atopia’s communication with the same love and care that defines our product, ensuring every interaction reflects our deep connection to our customers.

Campaigns & Communication

  • Plan and execute impactful B2B marketing campaigns that resonate with museum professionals, art enthusiasts, and cultural leaders.
  • Lead the launch communication campaign for a groundbreaking collaboration with one of the world’s most renowned museums in Q2 2025.
  • Craft compelling content—from thought-leadership articles to engaging social media posts—that solidifies Atopia’s position as a thought leader and trusted partner in the cultural sector.

Visual Identity & Creativity

  • Define and maintain Atopia’s visual identity, ensuring it consistently reflects our core values and high aesthetic standards.
  • Create or oversee stunning, on-brand designs for presentations, marketing materials, social media, and events, delivering work that inspires and connects.

Requirements

Your Background

  • You’re a design powerhouse (Figma or similar) with a portfolio that doesn’t just show beautiful work—it tells stories that move people. Your aesthetic aligns with Atopia’s vision of thoughtful, impactful design.
  • You bring 4+ years of experience in brand building, marketing, or communications in B2B sectors.
  • You understand that perfection is in the details, but never lose sight of the bigger picture.
  • You know how to craft, distribute, and amplify content that speaks directly to our B2B customers, creating lasting connections that drive brand relevance.
