Brand Manager / SMM

Hi! At ZiMAD, we’ve been creating mobile games for a long time, and we strive to keep our players and partners informed about the success of our company and its products. With over 200 million people worldwide enjoying our games, we’re now expanding our team and looking for a responsible and creative Brand manager/ SMM.

As part of our team, this person will communicate with employees, establish a strong internal communication framework within our corporate messenger, and serve as a community manager for our staff. They will also manage corporate social media publications, represent the company to external audiences, collaborate closely with the HR department, and create engaging content aligned with modern trends.

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you’ll be working closely with colleagues and engaging with various departments, including Promo, HR, and others
• Solid understanding of communication trends, including visual communication, to enhance the company’s brand both internally and externally
• A background in psychology or sociology is a significant advantage. You should understand how communication influences emotions and responses, as well as how to create content that engages and motivates the audience

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal communications, oversee corporate chats, and foster an atmosphere that aligns with our core values
• Write content for publications, interviews, and social media posts
• Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, understanding what resonates on the platform
• Create engaging content, frequently working in Canva, and occasionally preparing task briefs for designers
• Develop and execute a media plan
