Job Summary
Flow is seeking a Brand Marketing Associate to enhance its social presence and performance marketing across global channels. This entry-level position involves daily content coordination, community engagement, and supporting analytics. The associate will assist in creating and executing the organic content calendar, collaborating with the Studio team, and identifying insights to improve performance. Responsibilities include drafting and posting content, managing online communities, tracking brand mentions, coordinating creative asset requests, maintaining the content calendar, and assisting with campaigns. The role also involves compiling performance reports, analyzing organic content, and monitoring competitive trends. The ideal candidate has 0-1+ years of experience in marketing, content, or social media, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Draft, coordinate with Studio, and post daily content across Flow’s global organic channels
- Monitor and engage with followers through daily community management
- Track social listening and brand mentions, and flag opportunities or emerging trends
- Share top-performing organic content with Paid Media team for amplification
- Marketing & Content Coordination
- Request creative assets from Studio, and assist in building content using AI tools
- Coordinate and support brand photoshoots as needed
- Maintain and optimize the global content calendar
- Assist with special campaigns and content collaborations across teams
- Performance & Reporting
- Compile and deliver engagement and follower growth reports to key stakeholders
- Analyze organic content performance and share learnings with Marketing and Creative
- Monitor competitive and platform trends and apply best practices to Flow’s channels
Ideal Background:
- 0–1+ years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles (internships count!)
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented—aka, you love a checklist
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, or ChatGPT
