Our client is a start-up e-commerce fashion & apparel company with business presence across APAC. They are currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their headquarter team and this person will plays a crucial role in setting the brand tone and set up brand strategy, advertising, public relations, consumer engagement, and partnerships
What You Will Do
Supervise the execution of Brand Marketing at the headquarters, implementing initiatives that drive market expansion and growth.
Ensure strategic alignment with regional activities and effective local execution.
Lead and inspire the team in developing and sharing hyper-local insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Facilitate new market growth and expansion, successful new store openings, pop-up events, and innovative campaigns.
Assess and measure the impact of local strategies and responsive actions to validate the effectiveness of local marketing efforts.
Deliver key business outcomes in stores and online, with a strong emphasis on conversion.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
