Job Description

ByteDance seeks Brand Partnership Managers to drive revenue for TikTok. Responsibilities include identifying and securing business opportunities, developing strategic media solutions for clients, creating compelling sales propositions, liaising with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and educating clients on TikTok products. This role requires experience in digital media sales, marketing, and advertising, along with data analytics and stakeholder relationship management. Domestic travel up to 10% is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities. Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies. Be consultative and provide strategic media solutions to maximize opportunity with existing clients and create new and impactful relationships with prospective advertisers. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions. Demonstrate in-depth insights of the sales processes and product combination. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices. Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field and four years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have four years of experience in each of the following skills: Experience in digital media sales, marketing, brand advertising, gaming or online advertising; Experience in one of the following: social media; media or gaming apps; and digital and mobile marketing; Experience in self-serve platform, auction and biddable form of digital advertising buying; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to develop solutions aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; Providing data analytics including identifying, synthesizing, and structuring data-driven insights for internal team and external clients, and to identify opportunities to grow revenue by analyzing the data; and Building and developing business processes to scale and managing hyper-growth including streamlining onboarding and activating external clients and partners and providing business analytics.
