About the Role


Sporty Group is seeking a dynamic and brand-obsessed Branding Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our branding strategy across all social platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and our corporate websites.


This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the nuances of brand tone and positioning, and can translate abstract brand values into content that drives awareness, affinity, and admiration. You'll work across all Sporty entities – from SportyTV and SportyStudios to SportyBet, Football.com, and Sporty.com – ensuring visual and editorial consistency, cultural relevance, and top-tier execution.


What You’ll Do


Own and lead the branding strategy across all Sporty Group social channels, with a special focus on LinkedIn and corporate communications.


Translate our company vision, values, and milestones into compelling social content – both evergreen and reactive.

Define and manage the global content calendar with local adaptations where needed, in sync with marketing, PR, media and HR initiatives.


Write or supervise the creation of high-impact copy and visuals for executives’ LinkedIn posts, company pages, brand campaigns and key launches.


Collaborate with internal teams (HR, media, studios, marketing, C-level) to amplify internal culture, product milestones, partnerships, and global expansion. Build, manage and inspire a network of content creators, designers and social media managers across markets.


Monitor trends, brand sentiment and competitors, with sharp insights to continuously refine tone, formats and strategy. Own branding-related KPIs like share of voice, engagement quality, and brand search interest.


What You Bring


4+ years of experience in social media branding, content marketing, or digital storytelling roles – preferably in tech, sports, entertainment or gaming.


Strong experience managing LinkedIn for companies and C-level execs with a track record of high-performing content. Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills in English (Portuguese, Spanish or French a plus).


Proven creative sensibility: understands what makes a brand feel aspirational, emotional and relevant in digital.A keen eye for design and layout – not a graphic designer, but knows what looks great and how to brief it. Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote and multicultural teams across time zones.


Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite), performance tracking (Google Analytics, native platforms), and collaborative tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, Figma).Self-starter with strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to zoom in and out as needed.


Nice to Have


Experience building founder or executive brands on social.


Background in sports media, betting, entertainment or content creation.


A portfolio with creative, impactful, and strategic posts that shaped brand perception.


Deep understanding of African, Brazilian and LATAM audiences is a strong plus.
