We are looking for a Creative Lead (Art Director) to join our successful creative, production and social studio.

We are an Auckland and Wellington based creative, production studio. We are storytellers and makers for the brave new world. We unlock the ideas and creative solutions that bridge the gap between traditional agency models and modern marketing.
Our heartland is in digital and social storytelling but as a team of resourceful doers, there’s almost no mode we can’t solve for. We do it all: Content strategy, social ideation and production, PR and influencer, partnerships and collaborations, activations, ATL campaigns and everything in between.

What we are looking for:
A Creative Lead (or Senior Art Director ready to take the leap up) to join our nimble, non-traditional creative production team.
With strong ideation, art direction and production experience, you know how to create campaigns and content with impeccable storytelling and craft. Flexing across a variety of clients and industries, while resonating with audiences across social, digital, experiential and traditional formats.
Breakout Room is not like a normal agency. We need a decisive, quick thinker who understands ‘time is money’ and doesn’t sweat the small stuff.
