Business Advisors are responsible for shaping the client's vision and strategy, understanding user and stakeholder needs, and eliciting processes, data, and capabilities. They then derive target processes and business requirements for current and future solutions. The role involves analyzing processes, systems, data, and business information, building domain knowledge, and utilizing a wide range of skills including analytical thinking, business process modeling, change management, and stakeholder management. They must be able to perform tasks such as backlog grooming, CxO conversations, data analysis and requirements gathering to deliver effective solutions. This also includes project management and presentation skills.
