Job Summary
Job Description
Business Advisors are responsible for shaping the vision and strategy with the client. They understand the needs of users and stakeholders, elicit processes, data, and capabilities, and derive the target processes and business requirements for the current and future solution. This involves analyzing processes, systems, data, and business information, building domain knowledge, and utilizing various skills such as abstract thinking, analytical thinking, business process modeling, change management, and stakeholder management. They also need to be proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office. Furthermore, they need to be able to perform tasks such as requirements gathering, risk management, and project planning.
