Support the Product Managers and Stakeholders driving the product roadmap together with the development team;
Define solution requirements, including functional and non-functional, and prepare corresponding documentation;
Work with Product Managers to help prioritize and refine the product backlog;
Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation;
Help the team to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
3+ years experience as a Business Analyst;
Practical experience in creating different BA artifacts such as business, functional, and non-functional requirements using different formats (user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases);
Strong experience in creating different types of diagrams (UMLs, BPMN, ERDs), flows, roadmaps and charts;
Practical experience in data, process and API modeling;
Good practical experience with full requirements lifecycle (elicitation, collaboration and analysis, specification and modeling, and so on);
Good experience in requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence);
Good experience in different SDLC models, plan-based and Agile approaches of software development;
English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to facilitate meetings with decision-makers;
Self-motivated and results-oriented;
Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
