Job Description
This Business Analyst role at YouTube's Creator Partnerships team involves leveraging data analysis, planning, and cross-functional teamwork to influence the future of YouTube partnerships. Responsibilities include creating performance reports and key metric analyses, identifying areas for improvement, automating analyses to empower partner managers, building dashboards for leadership, and creating insightful presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, statistical problem-solving, and experience with programming languages like Python. They will also possess experience in developing dashboards, reports, and presentations for both customer-facing and executive audiences. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate insights to leadership.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years data analytics/consulting experience
- Statistical problem-solving & Python/coding skills
- Dashboard & report development for various audiences
- Analyzing data and sharing insights with leadership
Good to have:
- Master's degree in a Quantitative field
- Experience developing automated solutions
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Experience in Sales/Partnerships operations

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- Experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using Python or coding languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports to support customer-facing users and executive users.
- Experience in analyzing data and sharing insights with leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Quantitative field.
- Experience in developing automated solutions to empower customer-facing teams (e.g. automated insights/recommendations, assignments and segmentation).
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
- Experience working as part of a Sales or Partnerships operations team.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
