As a Business Analyst (Product Design) at Social Discovery Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of development projects. You will bridge communication between stakeholders and development teams, analyze product and project requirements, coordinate workflows, and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include creating project documentation, monitoring project progress, managing changes, participating in planning and estimation, facilitating solution integration, and providing analytical insights and reports. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Business Analyst
to ensure the successful delivery of development projects by bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Collect, analyze, and document product and project requirements for development.
  • Coordinate workflows between developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to gather insights and translate their needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with requirements, and manage changes and priority adjustments when necessary.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation, recommending improvements for processes and product quality.
  • Facilitate the integration of developed solutions into the company’s existing systems and workflows.
  • Provide analytical insights and reports to support development teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in data and process analysis.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
