This role sits within Commercial Excellence team, reporting to Sales Force Effectiveness Manager.
Business Development Analyst leads data & analytics agenda in the organization, with full responsibility for sales and customer reporting. The person supports development of data ecosystem which facilitates drawing high quality insights. The role provides analytical support for Sales Team and Commercial Excellence Team in order to ensure Haleon is making optimal decisions, especially regarding sales KPIs, customer segmentation and targeting.
Analyze data and deliver data-driven insights that support business decisions
Lead the processes of setting sales targets, tracking performance and calculating bonuses
Develop and secure regular reporting on sales KPIs execution according to required frequency, providing relevant information to key stakeholders in a timely manner
Support sales initiatives and customer segmentation
Improve sales data quality and processes
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Coordinate cooperation with external data suppliers
Academic degree, minimum Bachelor; preferably in mathematics, statistics, econometric or economy
Fluent in Polish and English
Background in analytics, sales force effectiveness, sales or related field
Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI platform as a must
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights
Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry( including pharmacy channel)
Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation with a can-do attitude mindset
Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with different stakeholders across the organization
Strong communications skills
Collaborative, consumer driven, proactive, challenging status quo mindset

Knowledge of Phyton
Ability to lead multifunctional projects
Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation
Being up to date with new digital tools supporting both reporting and route to market would be an additional advantage
Experiences in Segmentation & Targeting processes for any sales representatives teams would be an additional advantage
