Responsibilities include managing partnerships, contributing to campaign strategy, tracking sales performance, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and influencer marketing.

Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion for gaming, entertainment, and strategic growth? Team Liquid Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Executive to oversee our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue, and building lasting partnerships across the esports and entertainment landscape. 

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll work closely with a dynamic team to discover and link with top brands, agencies, and creators. You'll contribute to the exciting campaigns, craft impactful proposals, and build strong client relationships while staying on the cutting edge of digital trends.

Job Purpose

The Business Development Associate plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through influencer marketing services at Team Liquid Indonesia. This role focuses on prospecting potential clients, managing partnerships, and contributing to campaign strategy development while staying up-to-date with industry trends.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and research potential clients, brands, and agencies for influencer marketing opportunities
  • Generate new business prospects through networking, digital outreach, and industry networks.
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch presentations tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and KOCs (Key Online Creators)
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and develop campaign strategies that meet client goals.
  • Provide ongoing client engagement to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contract terms and secure agreements in line with company goals and client expectations
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate forecasts for business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and developments in influencer marketing to identify new opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in influencer marketing, media, or digital agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with brands, agencies, and influencers.
  • Ability to develop customized proposals and pitch strategies.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing trends, digital platforms, and social media landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
