About the role

Join our Solution Sales team and be the driving force behind our business growth! You'll interpret and define client needs, aligning their objectives with the powerful capabilities of Dun & Bradstreet’s products.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Senior Relationship Managers and Directors, becoming a product expert. You'll dazzle clients with live product demonstrations, both online and in-person, and provide compelling collateral. Your efforts will ignite cross-sell, up-sell, and new business opportunities within our largest clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our frontline sales team as the trusted technical advisor for Dun & Bradstreet’s product suite, serving large, global clients. Drive strategic deals by engaging with key business and technical contacts, understanding their priorities and processes.
  • Conduct compelling client demonstrations, showcasing how our products enhance efficiencies. Identify relevant D&B data and design solutions to integrate into client systems. Deliver customized solutions by understanding client needs and utilizing market tools.
  • Participate in account planning, provide industry insights, and assist with client segmentation. Capture and share solution insights with internal teams. Lead workshops and POCs to map customer journeys and propose solutions.
  • Be a subject matter expert, discussing product strategy and market trends. Demonstrate product capabilities, overcome objections, and create a client-specific buying vision. Maintain accurate data in CRM software to support planning.
  • Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies. Network and promote D&B's offerings at industry events and conferences.

Skills

  • Experience: At least 8 years in a senior field sales role, successfully selling new solutions and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of business data, with the ability to analyze large data sets and provide insightful conclusions.
  • Client-Centric: Skilled at understanding client decision criteria and executing tailored activities to meet their needs.
  • Tech-Savvy: High aptitude for staying current and training on related technology areas.
  • Solution-Oriented: Adept at providing technical solutions based on client needs within the practice area.
  • Communication Skills: Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mentorship: Willing and able to mentor and support team members.
  • Ownership Mindset: Be a proactive problem solver, curious, and inspired to take action. Collaborate and connect with people and teams to drive success.
  • Growth Mindset: Continuously learn through social experiences, relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors. Expand your competencies through structured courses and programs.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English language
  • Travel: Willing to travel for business needs.
