About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals;
Identify market opportunities, design growth strategies and allocate resources to drive breakthroughs and output;
Optimize budget, creatives, placement, and audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI targets through Twitter, Meta, Google or other social media channels;
Monitor and analyse user data lifecycle to gain insights into user behaviour and increase user acquisition, retention and conversion;
Plan, execute and develop corresponding strategies for the local market to promote implementation of market-specific campaigns.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's Degree, with 5 years of working experience, preferably in media, investment, internet, e-commerce or any relevant fields;
Ideally, possess 3 years of people management experience, as well as a strong understanding and network in Crypto & Blockchain;
Strong data analytical skills; ability to formulate strategic roadmaps through market research, competitor analysis and leveraging data insights, ;
Possess market acumen and sensitivity towards user behavior;
Possess a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, and strong logical thinking.
