Business Development Operations Support

We’re looking to hire a Business Development Operations Support professional for a leading global technology company. You’ll join the Business Development team to support operational and partnership growth initiatives globally. This is a 1-year contract opportunity. The role is located in Culver City, CA, and is hybrid.

Business Development Operations Support Responsibilities:

• Own the Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) process: verify, submit for approval, manage follow-through

• Track and validate invoices to ensure accuracy

• Administer the Purchasing Card (p-card) program

• Support onboarding of new business development (BD) partners

• Manage code requests, facilitate batch approvals, and maintain records

• Prepare manual performance reports using Excel, Numbers, and Keynote

• Coordinate analytics requirements for new partnership deals

• Serve as the main point of contact for operational tasks across global BD teams

• Communicate effectively using Webex, Slack, phone, and email

Business Development Operations Support Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills (Numbers and Keynote a plus; Tableau is a bonus)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Process-driven and improvement-focused mindset

• Strong project management skills and multitasking ability

• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and cross-functional teams

• Able to simplify complex processes and deliver solutions creatively

• Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with minimal need for oversight

• Strong communicator who is confident asking questions and seeking clarity

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
