Major Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the influencer marketing space.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in influencer marketing.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and influencers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Influencer & Partner Management:
Collaborate with the influencer management team to identify and onboard influencers that align with client needs.
Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to clients for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and operations to deliver successful campaigns.
Provide feedback and insights to improve internal processes and service offerings.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
