Major Roles & Responsibilities:


Business Development & Strategy:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the influencer marketing space.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in influencer marketing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and influencers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

Influencer & Partner Management:

  • Collaborate with the influencer management team to identify and onboard influencers that align with client needs.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to clients for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and operations to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve internal processes and service offerings.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
