Business Insight Manager

Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for deep analyzing business trends and data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Deliver impactful insights and reports to support organizational goals

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust methodologies to analyze business trends and anomalies, providing timely, relevant and actionable insights
• Regularly produce in-depth market/channel business reports, including trends, competitor analysis and forward-looking strategic recommendations
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes through data analysis and insights, propose improvement strategies, and drive operational efficiency and key-stakeholder’s satisfaction
• As a influencer or coach to help team members have the necessary skills and tools, and foster a data-driven culture to enhance the team’s overall data literacy
• Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure business insights align with the company’s strategy and promote data and key findings sharing across teams
• Cooperate with business units to define and optimize KPIs.

Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies):

• Bachelor’s degree & above major in Management/Financial or related fields are preferred
• 5 years+ working experience in MNC, Top Medical/Consultant companies, Trade marketing experience is preferred
• Rigorous logic, data sensitivity, strong business sense and basic financial knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity.
