Job Details
Your challenge as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Poki:
- Grow our player base by improving the efficiency of our marketing. Look into the ways that players find us so we can double down on what works and improve what doesn’t.
- Help the team talking to game developers to understand what games to focus on. Which games can grow our playground. And do we serve the needs of our players when it comes to content.
- Find ways to improve the value we deliver to our players on the playground. Help to improve the discoverability of games by evaluating common patterns and understanding how we can make the experience better.
- Spot opportunities to improve our monetisation logic. We control the timing and placement of advertisements. Look into the monetisation patterns for different segments of players and help to find the right balance between play and ads.
You could be our Business Intelligence Analyst if:
- You’re a critical thinker, and have 4+ years experience as an analyst
- You’re business savvy, and eager to optimize for performance
- You’re curious to understand the complex dynamics of a multi-sided platform (balancing the needs of players, game developers, and advertisers).
- You have experience with structuring data with SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake or similar products).
- You have experience with data visualization (Lookerstudio, Tableau or similar products).
- You are based in The Netherlands, and able to work on-site regularly at our office in Amsterdam.
