Job Description

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at gTech, you'll empower Ads teams by creating integrated BI solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. You'll design intuitive dashboards, maintain data pipelines, and develop tools to automate analysis, ensuring efficient access to key metrics and driving impactful business decisions. Responsibilities include designing dashboards and reports, building and maintaining data pipelines, collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and demonstrating technical leadership through best practices and mentorship. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), data warehousing, ETL processes, and Python or similar scripting languages.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in BI or Data Analytics
2+ years in SQL & Data Visualization
2+ years in data warehousing & ETL
Experience with Python or similar

Good to have:

Translating business needs into technical requirements
Deploying data products & driving user adoption
Experience in business or customer service
Developing BRDs/PRDs/Design Docs
Communicating complex solutions to executives
Managing multiple projects concurrently

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
2 years of experience with data warehousing and building data pipelines (e.g. ETL).
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience translating ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements for impactful data products.
Experience deploying data products, collaborating across teams, and driving user adoption through targeted communication.
Experience in business or Customer Service, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
Experience in developing BRDs/PRDs/Design Docs, code reviews, etc.
Experience communicating complex technical solutions and analysis to executive stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
