You will enable the game team to make data-driven decisions with ease—through clear, reliable reports, high Looker adoption, scalable solutions, optimized performance, and satisfied stakeholders.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Being the primary owner of Merge Mansion Looker environment</li>
<li>Designing, building, and managing the lifecycle of LookML models, looks, and dashboards that provide actionable insights</li>
<li>Working with analysts and non-analyst stakeholders to define a meaningful set of KPIs that align with business goals</li>
<li>Training and supporting non-analysts to increase Looker adoption within the Merge Mansion team</li>
<li>Effectively managing expectations and priorities by identifying, focusing on, and executing the most impactful tasks to drive results</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with data engineers and analysts</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in a data role such as data analyst, data engineer or BI developer preferably using Looker</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions</li>
<li>Demonstrated passion and proven ability to create effective data visualizations and dashboards</li>
<li>SQL proficiency and ability to troubleshoot Looker-generated SQL</li>
<li>Good understanding of data modeling and best practices for BI development</li>
</ul>
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:

<li>Experience with ETL/ELT processes and working with structured datasets</li>
<li>Knowledge of dbt</li>
<li>Previous experience in mobile gaming</li>
