Job requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of analytics or BI experience in relevant roles.
- Experience leading a BI team as a people manager
- Strong problem solving & ETL skills
- Experienced in handling large scale data and working on analyses using SQL
- Understanding of dashboarding principles and prior experience building BI dashboards. Experience of working on QlikSense is a plus
- Data modeling skills to manage ETL at scale by understanding data flow in the organization
- Penchant for BigData & curiosity to understand how Data Engineering works.
- Strong working knowledge in Data process monitoring tools(like Airflow, Grafana) and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau and Qliksense
- Strong communication skills; Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas either verbally or in written form
- Working experience with data engineering will be an added advantage
- Experience working with and managing a technical vendor is a plus
