Responsibilities include managing training resources, implementing evaluation methods to improve processes, and overseeing training programs to meet business needs. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and the ability to manage teams and/or work efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and reporting on trainee performance. This role requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems and the creation of new solutions, leveraging existing methods and procedures, and requires minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
