Job Description

This role involves providing strategic input and optimizing operations for a global content production company. The specialist will streamline workflows, manage internal documentation, and offer daily operational support. Key responsibilities include coordinating the Bolivia office, overseeing agency operations, acting as a local point of contact, and analyzing client profitability. The role also involves developing pricing models, commercial proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. The specialist will assist with presentations, liaise with HR/IT, and ensure optimal functioning of facilities and technical resources, while training teams on new processes.

  • Familiarity with Power Automate and SharePoint.

Responsabilities

  • Provide strategic input on the overall operations of the production company, maintaining a holistic vision to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize and automate processes: seek new ways of working that simplify workflows, increase efficiency, or contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation: prepare guides and manuals to help teams perform their tasks and resolve potential issues.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the agency by identifying solutions and resolving operational queries.
  • Coordinate and manage Hogarth’s office in Bolivia, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee agency operations, ensuring all departments function effectively.
  • Act as the local point of contact for logistical, operational, and general coordination matters.
  • Monitor, control, analyze, and report on client profitability, working closely with department heads and the finance team.
  • Track departmental performance against objectives.
  • Review, manage, and develop pricing models and fee structures.
  • Develop commercial and service proposals for our partners (local and international agencies) and new clients.
  • Analyze client needs and define proposals, operational models, team structures, methodologies, and pricing strategies, including direct liaison with clients and procurement teams.
  • Assist in creating and updating credentials presentations and service offering decks to showcase our capabilities and expand our commercial reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international agencies and partners.
  • Serve as the local liaison with HR and IT for onboarding/offboarding and team support.
  • Ensure optimal functioning of facilities and technical resources.
  • Coordinate with facilities and IT teams to maintain and scale the workspace.
  • Train teams on new processes, tools, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in an advertising agency managing teams and leading new business proposals.
  • English proficiency at C1–C2 level; native or bilingual.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team coordination and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in audiovisual production (Premiere, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with process automation (Power Automate) and SharePoint management.
