Xsolla seeks an experienced Business Process Team Lead to build a team and optimize interactions between product, operational, and service teams globally. Responsibilities include team building, developing end-to-end processes across business units, process diagnosis and optimization, implementing scaling and automation, establishing efficiency metrics, and implementing best practices in process and change management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in business process building or operational consulting, preferably in product or technology companies, with proven success in greenfield process creation and large-scale change implementation. Strong team management, understanding of operational models (Agile, KPI/OKR, Kanban/Scrum), process visualization tools (BPMN, Notion, Miro, etc.), and strong business/technical communication skills are essential.

Job Details

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced leader who will help build a team and processes from scratch aimed at optimizing the interaction between product, operational and service teams. This person will become a change driver, process architect and internal consultant for Xsolla teams around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Building a business process team: recruiting, adapting and developing specialists.
    • Developing and implementing end-to-end processes between business units and servicefunctions (Product, R&D, CS, Marketing, Legal, etc.).
    • Diagnosing current processes: identifying growth points, eliminating duplication,optimizing interaction chains.
    • Building systemic approaches to scaling and automating processes.
    • Configuring a system of process and team efficiency metrics.
    • Implementing best practices in process management, change management and internalconsulting.
    • Organizing training and advanced training for teams on process approaches.
    • Working with internal and external stakeholders, including top management

REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience of at least 5 years in building business processes and/or operational consulting, preferably in product or technology companies.
    • Successful experience in creating processes from scratch (greenfield) and implementing changes in large structures.
    • Team management skills: selection, development, coordination of work.
    • Excellent understanding of various operational models, Agile approaches, KPI/OKRprinciples, Kanban/Scrum.
    • Experience with process visualization and modeling tools (BPMN, Notion, Miro,Confluence, etc.).
    • Ability to speak the language of business and technology, translating strategy intooperational processes.
    • English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (the company's working language).

    • Experience in building process offices, competence centers, or internal consulting functions.
    • Knowledge of process automation and analytics systems (e.g. Camunda, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
