Must have:

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across sales, operations, and product functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and concise approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good to have:
  • Exposure to advertising platforms, martech/adtech tools, or campaign management workflows.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and adoption analysis.

We at Ads Product are all about making Ads more meaningful & relevant to our users and help drive marketing objectives for our partners/advertisers. Ads is one of the ways Truecaller monetizes the APP, and thus holds a critical role in driving Truecaller revenues. Truecaller is one of the largest standalone publishers in India and emerging markets like Egypt, North Africa etc.

Mission - The Ads team is responsible for monetizing Truecaller inventory through ads by offering targeted advertising solutions to our demand partners.

Responsible for - Driving revenue growth for Truecaller by building ads solutions and selling our ads offerings to our advertiser partners in India and outside.

We work at a planetary scale, serving billions of ad impressions daily. Our APIs handle a massive load, with some reaching 300K requests per second. This is serious performance engineering!

The Truecaller app is on over 400 million devices globally, and our code needs to run flawlessly on all of them. We leverage the latest tech like Jetpack Compose and Kotlin to ensure efficiency and maintainability.

The Business Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution and market readiness of Truecaller’s Ads data products. It demands a strong business orientation, structured communication skills, and stakeholder management capability. You will act as the connective tissue between technical product teams, sales, AdOps, and external partners to ensure our products deliver measurable business impact.

What you bring in:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, adtech ecosystems, and or data-driven products.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across sales, operations, and product functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and concise approach.

The impact you will create:

  • Act as the business-facing owner for AdVantage, aligning with AdOps, Sales, and GTM teams on positioning, adoption, and partner success.
  • Gather and organize business requirements, prioritize use cases, and support technical product leads in shaping goals and user stories.
  • Coordinate sprint delivery, QA tracking, partner onboarding, and cross-functional follow-ups to ensure timely and successful product releases.
  • Track and analyze adoption trends, compile structured feedback, and surface areas for improvement to leadership and product teams.
  • Maintain internal documentation, track milestones, and support campaign execution workflows to ensure operational smoothness.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Exposure to advertising platforms, martech/adtech tools, or campaign management workflows.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and adoption analysis.
