Business Solution Designers envision and create digital solutions balancing business and user needs, technology capabilities limitations, common standards and quality aspects, quick wins and future needs. They bridge between Business and Development by guiding both sides towards a solution that delivers business value. They conduct formal interactions, workshops, and communicate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design solutions. They have a deep understanding of what is feasible and how to provide value to the users and the client’s business. They guide and mentor junior team members and investigate possible use of new technologies.
