Job Description

As a Business System Analyst Manager, Source to Pay Operations at Google, you'll develop and scale source-to-pay system solutions and automations. You'll partner with internal teams to define, design, configure, test, and implement solutions improving business processes. Responsibilities include integrating third-party and first-party products into the SAP ecosystem, managing a team of analysts, ensuring comprehensive project documentation, and working with stakeholders to influence leadership. This role requires experience managing full system integration lifecycles, cross-functional technical teams, and a portfolio of projects, ideally with SAP S4/HANA and banking integrations. The position focuses on improving Google's internal operations at scale.

Must have:

10+ years managing system integration lifecycles
5+ years managing cross-functional teams
Experience with SAP S4/HANA and Payables
Strong project and solution documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to have:

Experience with AI/ML solutions
Experience designing, configuring, and testing SAP modules
Understanding of data modeling and system integration

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in managing multiple full system integration lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, deployment, implement, support).
5 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and leading a portfolio of projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing SAP implementations using S4/HANA and banking integrations with Payables in SAP.
Experience in designing, configuring, and testing SAP modules using SAP S4/HANA.
Experience in deploying AI/ML solutions with tangible business outcomes.
Experience with cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams leadership.
Understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies (including unit testing).

Ensure comprehensive project and solution documentation is created and maintained for solution integration, design, and testing.
