Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems at Google will lead the complete system implementation of transformative initiatives and projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, testing, issue resolution, and understanding how business processes map to SAP processes. They'll provide SAP implementation expertise, collaborate with the technical team, drive solutions aligned with strategy and architecture, and translate Googler needs into technical specifications. The role involves working with cross-functional leaders, analyzing technical processes, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions. This role requires 10 years of experience in building integrated systems and implementing supply chain applications.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
10 years of experience designing and implementing vendor software/building supply chain applications systems.
Experience in full system implementation lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support) with Supply Chain solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience creating and scaling new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicators.
Experience working with and influencing cross-functional leaders to define requirements and manage technical portfolios.
Excellent technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into solution architecture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
