As part of the Engineering Enablement organization based in Bangalore, this CAD engineer develops and maintains CAD tools/methods used in Analog, RF, and Mixed-Signal product development across all of ADI.
As a CAD engineer, you will also be expected to possess necessary programming skills and circuit design knowledge to allow you to develop, QA, support, and enhance EDA tools/methods used by IC product development teams.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineers with 3+ years of experience
- Experienced in design or layout of Analog and mixed signal circuits
- Experienced in circuit simulation with Cadence ADE/Spectre, ideally with experience of RF simulations and debugging simulation issues
- Proficient at programming, like Cadence SKILL/Perl/Python/Shell etc.
- Good to have PDK or physical verification rules development experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for working, influencing and collaborating with product development groups in India and worldwide.
- Proficiency in English language
