Job Description

ByteDance is seeking a Campaign and Marketing Management professional for its Philippines e-commerce division. Responsibilities include planning and executing online and offline campaigns tailored to local users across various promotional platforms (livestreams, short videos, etc.). This role requires monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce campaign management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for full-cycle campaign project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. The goal is to drive platform growth and enhance e-commerce brand awareness.

About the team In this role you will be responsible in cultivating Bytedance eCommerce corporate social responsibility, developing and executing platform campaigns which contribute to the business growth. Responsibilities * Plan online and offline campaigns according to the characteristics of local users, be able to plan marketing play for different types of promotion needs (Livestream/short videos/showcase/shopping center), and create platform resources strategy (traffic/promotion/communication). * Monitor and evaluate critical data metrics of campaign performance, identify operational improvements, and focus on incremental efficiency and advertising revenue. * Drive platform growth through marketing campaigns. * Conduct campaign competitor research and create reproducible content marketing strategy targeting user demographics, including hashtag challenges, short video, livestream operating procedures to drive campaign awareness according to the characteristics of local users; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution * Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring and reporting; * Collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications * Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Public Relations, Journalism and Communication, Political Science, Law, etc. are preferred * 3+ years of experience in e-commerce company and involve in campaign management (platform or category campaigns) * Excellent Stakeholder and Project Management Skills. Strong sense of responsibility, good at cross-team communication and collaboration. Self-motivated and a quick learner. * Passion, creativity and patience. Strong communication and coordination skills. Be able to coordinate resources to achieve goals. Preferred Qualifications * Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with external partner. * Excellent Numerical, Analytical, Critical, & Strategic thinking skills.
