Job Description

As a Campaign Manager at Adobe, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing Display & Video advertising campaigns. Your tasks will include setting up and launching campaigns, ensuring quality assurance, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for improved performance. You will also be involved in campaign calendar management, trafficking assets, and generating business reports. The role requires proficiency in Excel, a strong understanding of the display advertising ecosystem, and experience in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization. You'll collaborate with account managers and engineers, as well as internal and offshore teams, to execute display campaigns effectively.
Must have:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, formulas, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong understanding of Display Advertising Ecosystem
  • Experience with campaign setup and optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Ad networks (GDN, Tribal Fusion, OpenX)
  • Familiarity with ad servers and RTB/Programmatic buying
  • Ability to build new infographics

The Opportunity

As Campaign Manager you will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting, and analyzing Display & Video advertising campaigns in the platform. This knowledge will be used to support our internal client teams in building successful relationships with the top tier brands and advertisers of the world.

What you'll Do

  • Executes day to day production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization)
  • Completes QA and all production procedures accurately
  • Analyzes performance metrics and proactively optimizes campaigns to increase performance
  • Identifies trends in data to drive optimization strategies
  • Runs campaign calendar, trafficking assets, screenshots, billing, and related pre/post-launch processes
  • Chip into company initiatives, processes, and roll-outs
  • Business Reporting
  • Creative & Display optimization
  • Budget confirmation and benefit simulation curves
  • Pre-launch builds along with Domain blocking
  • Campaign builds and audits

What you need to succeed

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. More specifically, it will be important to have in-depth knowledge of the following Excel features (but not limited to) :
  • Vlookups, basic formulas like sum, sumif, iferror, etc.
  • Pivot Tables and Graphs
  • Macros
  • Sophisticated Presentation skills and ability to build new infographics to create/present business/performance reviews

Digital Marketing Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem; experience working on Ad networks (GDN/Tribal Fusion/OpenX/Value click); Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus :
  • Set up Display campaigns via Adobe’s propriety application and trafficking them to the appropriate targeting to achieve delivery for desired performance.
  • Hands-on experience in driving campaign set-up, monitoring, analysis, and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Interact with account managers, engineers, and partners on various ops projects and work in partnership with internal and off-shore teams to execute display campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and budget pacing every day to drive performance and take appropriate steps to avoid over/under delivery with collaboration with the Account Management team and client.
  • Responsible for optimization, along with quality assurance, during the pre-launch stage, to ensure successful onboarding of advertisers.
  • Should have experience in strategizing and defining the standard methodologies for display advertising campaigns and a solid understanding of user retargeting and third party tags.

Business Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a teammate, and lead change effectively.
  • Experience presenting in front of groups.
  • Solid understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies
  • Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations
  • Basic project management and excellent communication skills
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience
