Dapper Labs seeks a Campaign Producer to manage NBA & NFL Web3 product projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project alignment, tracking KPIs, data analysis, launching features and events, proactive problem-solving, and live operations management. The ideal candidate possesses experience in live operations, production, or project management (gaming/mobile experience a plus), strong data analysis skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication. A deep understanding of Web3, NFTs, and blockchain's integration with gaming is essential. This role offers the chance to shape the future of sports fandom within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Must have:
- LiveOps, production, or project management experience
- Data analysis and strategic decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving and solution-finding abilities
- Web3, NFT, and blockchain knowledge

This role is all about making sure everything runs smoothly—projects stay on track, features roll out seamlessly, and data-driven decisions drive our success. What You’ll Own & Crush
- Be the Glue – Keep teams aligned, projects on track, and deadlines getting crushed. Run productive meetings, make sure action items are clear, and help keep everyone laser-focused on the most important work.
- Turn Data into Strategy – Track KPIs, analyze trends, and make smart recommendations that actually move the needle.
- Launch Cool Stuff – Work with design, dev, and community teams to roll out epic features, in-game events, and updates that keep users hyped.
- Solve Problems Before They Exist – Spot roadblocks early, find creative solutions, and keep things moving without missing a beat.
- LiveOps Mastermind – Help launch seasonal events, promotions, and content updates that drive engagement and growth.
