About YGG Pilipinas

YGG Pilipinas, Yield Guild Games’ regional partner in the Philippines, has been empowering a growing community of gamers, creators and traders since 2021. As the biggest supporter of web3 adoption in the country, YGG Pilipinas regularly produces educational content and hosts community events for its more than 1 million members and social media followers. These initiatives include the online learning platform Web3 Metaversity, the multi-city tour YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip, and the weekly Discord show Crypto Fiesta.

About the Role

The Campaigns Manager at YGG Pilipinas will oversee the execution of campaigns for our partnered games and projects. This role involves full ownership of campaigns to ensure they are executed properly, coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and tracking of campaigns, as well as serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in onboarding new clients for campaigns and developing strong relationships with them to understand their needs and objectives
  • Conduct detailed campaign briefings with the relevant executing teams, ensuring all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients from campaign planning to execution, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Work closely with business development, community, marketing, metaversity, and events teams to ensure all client commitments are met and coordinate efforts across teams to streamline campaign processes and communications
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content calendars are tracked and adhered to
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to track progress and address any issues, escalating any campaign-related misses or concerns to the Marketing Manager
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports for clients and internal teams, using data insights to optimize future campaigns and improve results
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated funds, and provide budget updates and reports to the Marketing Manager
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant insights with the team
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve campaign strategies and execution, implementing new tools and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Spearhead the creation of case studies for each project and campaign, working with relevant teams to gather necessary data and insights
  • Identify challenges and determine what strategies are working and what are not, making recommendations based on results to improve campaign performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools and software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
