Job Description

The Candidate Experience Specialist will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to provide end-to-end candidate support, ensuring a positive experience throughout the onboarding process. Responsibilities include tracking candidates, facilitating background checks and other pre-employment requirements, updating recruiters and managers on candidate status, utilizing standard operating procedures to meet service level agreements, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What You Will Do

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support the Talent Acquisition organization with administrative functions.

Provide end to end services for all RTX candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during their onboarding process.

Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements.

Effectively update recruiters and managers on the status of the candidates they are Onboarding including any potential roadblocks and/or delays.

Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet established SLAs.

Maintain compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures.
